Experience was underwhelming. Presented as very prestigious. Sold with half a tank of gas. I’ve never had that happen. They put about $20 work of gas in it to get to half of tank and said the can only put in so much. Paid additional $3k for black wheels where the encaps are peeling. Said they would mail them to me. Buying from out of state can be tough but with her great customer service, I felt comfortable. Took the 3 hour drive up here to settle the deal and meet the rest of the team. I wanted to share my entire experience. I am from Atlanta so this was my first time buying a vehicle sight unseen and getting the vehicle delivered. I wanted to share my recent experience so other customers are aware. This dealership ran my credit 10 times across multiple lenders, even after confirming they couldn’t beat my rate from my credit union.
I was initially assured they could “beat any rate,” but that didn’t happen (their offers weren’t even close.) Yet they continued submitting applications without my authorization.
I would encourage anyone financing through this dealer to get rate quotes in writing first and be clear about how many lenders they plan to send your information to. Transparency matters.

Nassir was very helpful in our buying process. When he didn’t know the answer, due to the vehicle being electric, he found it. He was very nice to work with! The dealer overall was nice and easy to work with. We did have to push our questions to get straight or correct answers. Not because they were being untruthful but because there might have been miscommunication among the different people working with us.
